    will the CP program still give me adequate muscle hypertrophy?

    or is that still just dependent on eating

    yes, hypertrophy is dependent on training but gaining size is dependent on eating...


    so yes you will continue to add mass to your frame if you follow CP

    join the team. there is nothing like having people with you, doing the same shit as you, on those days where you feel like shit. Lifting with PLers is one of the best training exerpiences ever, don't pass it up

    My school doesn't even have a PL team, I could always start one but I have yet to find somebody in the gym that seems interested in strength, unless its just bench.

    You'd be surprised, I am in the process of starting on at GA Tech and I thought the same thing. So I started going to the gym at different times during the day and talking to everyone I saw squating, turns out if I can get through the red tape there is a sizeable interest.

    Thats not a bad idea. I think all I need is 3 people and they'll provide funding so it would be easy as hell to start it up, but its not like i'm the most knowledgable or big guy so they'd all be like what the fuck you're a pussy still.

    I have two days where I can switch up the times that I go so maybe I'll give that a go.
