    me: what you squatting these days :)
    friend: nothing, i ride a road bike to work, and snowboard 3 times a week in the winter. i should start doing squats though, stupid excuse
    friend: legs get huge from snowboarding though
    me: pffft


    Imagine if popular culture started to be all about what your legs look like as opposed to chest/arms...you'd see guys on the beach with big baggy clothes on but a speedo :rofl:

    omgz as long as you do a cycle of steel cut oats u;'ll be fyne.






    the reason I was talking to the guy is because we are both in the same sport which requires lots of explosive jumping. Apparently working out the legs won't help that :hsugh:
