About a month and a half ago, I used SEPC and then S100. The next time, should I use SEPC again, or just S100? Also, If I use SEPC, is it not similiar (in what it does) as VM?

No, there's really no need to use the SEPC again, I only polish about every 6 months, every 2 waxes. Also, if you're using SEPC, don't use VM... you can, but it's a waste of energy since they're interchangeable products.
