Probably should have asked this before I started taking it :o

Note: I do not currently have any problems with my blood pressure.

If you have no personal history of high BP or any signs of it, then no. If you start to notice problems then back off of it.

I take thermos and stimulants out the ass and I have a family history and I'm on BP meds.

Should I start checking my BP regularly before and after I take ephedrine? As much as it helps when it comes to weight loss...I'd rather not risk my health for ephedrine's short-term weight loss benefits.

could be a good idea, but ask someone smarter. It IS a vasoconstrictor though, meaning your blood vessels will tighten up, thus in turn raising BP.

The caffeine in the EC stack is a vasodilator, so they should cancel each other out, right?

Caffeine will actually raise your BP too.

I have high bp and I find ways to manage it. Baby aspirin, fish oil, and hydrochlorothiazide (only when using shit that shoots my bp through the roof) keep it at a manageable level. Best thing to do is start at a low dose, and monitor your bp. High bp is no joke.

    Here is my anecdote:

My blood pressure at rest is typically in the mid 120's / low 70's. My father was told by a doctor a few years ago to drastically increase his salt intake due to low blood pressure.

On Ephedrine and Caffeine or just Ephedrine by itself [this was 3 years ago] my blood pressure at rest would register in the high 130's / low 80's. This was with 25mg E 100mg C in the morning and 25mg E 100mg C in the afternoon or just the E (25mg twice a day).
