Where should you be sore the most? I know deads and squats use more muscles that any other but where should the bulk of soreness come from?

Guess I'm asking to make sure I'm doing them correctly. After doing them on Sunday I'm feeling more sore in my lower back/erector spinae than anywhere else. I've watched all the yootoob vids, read the articles and such but they still seem to elicit more questions than any other excersize.

glutes, hams and all erector spinae - depending on your style quads to a lesser degree.

I did feel it a touch in my glutes but erector spinae mostly. I seem to be advancing in weight pretty well. 2 weeks ago I was at 125x6 max and Sunday I was at 175x4 max. Yea, I'm fat but working on it.
