Where should you be sore the most? I know deads and squats use more muscles that any other but where should the bulk of soreness come from? Guess I'm asking to make sure I'm doing them correctly. After doing them on Sunday I'm feeling more sore in my lower back/erector spinae than anywhere else. I've watched all the yootoob vids, read the articles and such but they still seem to elicit more questions than any other excersize.
