for reference, my older brother, when he was 16, he was 5 8 185, and could hit 345 for a single, but it was also a school record. id think its possible, dont you have tons of test when your that young? i could hit 275 for one when i was 17, but i was a fat ass, and not matured yet.

This is like the Bodybuilding.com teen forums, where every 16 year old benches 400lbs.

Then again when I was 17 I squatted 425, benched 275, and well we didn't deadlift but I could powerclean for sets of 5 with 225.

when i was 17 i benched 275 on a flat press and i'm 6'6" with loooooooong ass arms.

i was a fat kid at the beginning of senior year and rather built by the end.

Some of my friends are that strong on my football team. A couple bench upper 200's and one benches 315. Some others squat over 400. They're not unbelievable.

I've seen an 18 year old squat 600 and we had a 17 year old kid who started lifting when he was a freshman bench 340 his junior year. They're not that hard to believe.

I agree. I maxed bench at 325 and squat 455 when I was 17 right before 4-a-days started. I was up to 385 bench by the time I graduated.

some of the kids are prolly bullshitting, but the numbers are possible

some of it is bananas becasue there aren't 15 year olds squatting 3x bw raw

but I squatted 465 at 17 @ 230 after about 6 months training. I have met plenty of guys playing football that were just born retard strong.

There was one guy in my high school whom I have witnessed bench 405 when he was 17 (senior year). Dude was ~260lbs and pretty solid. He was ~230 and solid as a sophomore even. He is 6' tall.

yeah ducd, I only weighed 175 and could put up 545 squat, 265 bench, and we didnt' deadlift either, I could only do 225 for one though, I never did it except on max days for grades
