Simple; spinach based pasta, chicken breasts, quinoa, oats, some beef, pork chops, sausage, dried fruit, beans, greens, etc.
Everything I make takes less than 10 mins, with the exception of stew and beans. Simpler=better.

    lasagna with italian sausage.

    cook noodles (x12)

mix dry cottage cheese in a bowl with a bit of dill and a cup of mozza and some onions chopped fine.

use 1.5-2lbs italian sausage ground meat

    layers:

    sauce the pan
    noodles(x4)
    meat
    cottage cheese etc mix
    noodles (x4)
    meat
    cottage cheese etc mix
    noodles (x4)

then sprinkle parmesan on top and bake at 375 for 30 mins covered and 10 mins uncovered

viola, 6 healthy meals in under an hr

cook up a batch one night (takes 15 mins prep, 30 mins bake)

one pan will give you like 6 hand-sized meals

i just rock the Foreman grill.

I marinate the shit when i get off work and pop it in the fridge. By the time i wake up, go to the gym and get back home, its nice and tasty and ready for the foreman grill.

that shit takes like 10 minutes to cook chicken. Best 30 dollar investment ive made in a long time........aside, of course, from that big bundle box of condoms :o
