Why would you want four SQ subs, ported even?

    because homies love them dub7s.

on another note, 4 Mojo (new ones) 15s with 2 Memphis Mojo2500s in the small ported box will rattle your fillings.

2 alts, yellowtop, 2 kinetic 2400s. 0 gauge. stupid loud.

    :dunno:

I chose two mag 15's for my 139.9 bassracer because I was able to acheive a flat responce allowing me to play any song that kept a constant beat, no matter the tone change, and I would get relatively constant numbers. They also gave me plenty of head room if soemthing messed up in th beginning. At a few shows, had I raced 149.9 full volume, I would have won simply by having the loudest system (and not holding 149.9). However, I couldnt crack out of 147 on music.

Also, with my more SQ oriented box I could ride around all day long listening to reggae, rock, jazz, w/e with 100% tonal accuracy. Tap the big knob on the head unit to Bass Level and turn it back up to -0dB and I will tickle your chest from the inside and do a few hair tricks. :naughty:

JL subs have been good to me. There are other options for less money... but for a reputable, easy-to-find product I think JL is good.

I blew my 12w7 with a 1000/1. And it was 3 months out of warranty. JL wanted $500 to fix it.

I now run two Memphis M3 Mojos15''s, and an 8w7.
The 8w7 is for normal volume levels and a balanced sound. When I feel like feeling the music, the Memphis come on.
