god fuck never do this if you've just started cardio and have done it for the past 3 days, plus had heavy squat and heavy bench in those 3 days

weight: 209ish, well probably lower now

went with 135 to make it easy (pun not fucking intended)

    5 X 5 = 17 mins, that's all I had in me, left....

    shit was badass....

no warmup, i wonder what I should've done, any pointers? the 3rd set was probably the easiest

glad to see you guys trying them.....the only thing to make them better is to get more fluid in you motion, when I do them it is like a continuous motion from clean to behind the neck push press. It makes them harder, but you get more out of it. I have been doing a lot of olympic complexes, and complex sets (squats + squat jumps, front squats + box jumps) and it has made a big difference in my fight conditioning already.

Yeah I noticed that the less separation I had between movements, whilst keeping stability, the easier that it was, most likely why my third set was easiest. I'll admit I didn't think that this was going to be much, but god fuck, anybody from the original thread who said it'd be easy, try it.

cool stuff, i do a similar motion with a DB, prolly a bit easier, but also works the core if you keep it in line the whole time. nice!

oh I get it, you think you are being linked to an explaination of the exercise and instead it is a poorly drawn picture of Intellex's love of cawk. So clever, you fooled me with that ruse. :mamoru:

its basically a power clean, down into a front squat, then a regular squat then into a over head press...done.

this was the first time, I'd say it might be a once a month thing, depending on your other training, if your're focusing around oly or purely athletic lifting, maybe more often?
