i read one of the sticky or the thread that has basics of weight lifting. i checked out www.bulknutrition.com browsed around. i notice their top sellers were the ON 100% Whey Protein... http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=384 before i move over from the GNC pro performance whey protein to this, i want to know some hands on expierence with people who've taken this protein before. pros? cons? seems like people love this stuff with milk. in my case, i am 5'7", 200lb, and my goal is to mainly tone my body for "looks". (killing the fat and replacing it with muscle/gaining muscle). i usually hit the gym on the weekdays and spend 2 hours every visit doing 80% upperbody, 10% lower, 10% jogging/cardio.
