I would like to do chest today does this seem good enough?

    1) Bike 30 minutes to the gym, lotsa hills. (I have no car)
    2) Decline press
    3) decline flies
    4) incline press
    5) incline flies
    6) regular press
    7) regular flies
    8) if I feel up fer it, good mournings.

    All of them sets of 8 - 12.
