I would like some advice.

  1. Alright, Im
    5'7 , 180 pounds, and im 19.

    Im in horrible shape right now, andI 'm looking to lose weight, and gain strength, but i need some help.

    What are the best foods to include in a diet?
    How many calories should i take in a day?
    Any major tips?

    My excercise is basically going to be a lot of lifting, and a lot of biking.

    My diets the biggest part that needs help though, Im a very picky eater, and i've been living off macaroni and cheese lately.
