What can i say, im a "real" broly
did back and bi's in my basement!
I'm supposed to do ME Bench today... And I missed Tuesday's ME Squat day so maybe i'll just do a bunch of GPP Sled Dragging or something, maybe some neck work since it's weak.
I just got back from the gym, there were a lot of brolys there. I worked out tri's and bi's.
i went to the gym.. most crowded it's been in a long ass time.... i guess because it closed at noon today
Your gym's are open on thanksgiving...
yeah but only from 8 am to noon
i am gonna put together my powerrack and do low end bench today
I go to Lifetime Fitness and their open today. Not going though since I went yesterday but plan to go on Friday.
I can't do anything. my gym is closed and its my off day from crunking.
my gyms closed my master plan is ruined
ran for 40 minutes. Nothing crazy.
Did back after a killer leg workout last night.
fuck going to the gym, i stayed home and stuffed my face, now im laying on my bed and cant get up...ill let my food settle and raid the refrigerator's left-over's before i go to bed
I'm doing nothing but cardio till Sunday night
My gym is at school, so no lifting on this vacation, just running, pushups and situps
