Work out usually between 2-3 am, go to bed around an hour later...wake up late and am hungry.

Need ideas for something I can eat right before bed that will unload some protein while I sleep.

Cottage cheese? How do you make it taste good? :hsd:

your body needs a real meal filled with carbs/protein/fats after working out. Cottage cheese isnt enough.

I wouldnt suggest eating cabs before bed.

Peanutbutter + CC should be good. Lots of protein and fat for slow digestion.

If you mix splenda with cottage cheese it tastes pretty good. That goes for sugar free jam and the like.

I remember reading in this forum that after a workout your body doesn't begin to repair its muscles until after it has replenished its glycogen stores.

    Not true?

True or not he doesn't want a high GI rush right before he goes to bed.

Eat a solid meal (carbs, protein, fats) and go to bed, guarantee you won't wake up an hour later hungry.
