i wonder if i have bad posture, sitting at my desk

    my lower back feels a little tight when i get up to walk around and i havent deadlifted in a week or more.

    Do a search for "neanderthal no more" on t-nation. You've probably seen it, it comes up in F&N from time to time, but I'm sure that could help answer your question / give you ways to fix it :dunno:

    Desk job = prone to anterior pelvic tilt and protracted shoulders
