Marlin 1894 Saddle ring in .44 Mag
    1894: 1969?-72
    44 Magnum
20" round Barrel with Brass Saddle Ring and Barrel Band
It definetly has some character to it. The wood is solid with some wear.

I also got boolits dies and primers.

I went to cabelas for boots and ended up with this, I got there when they opened so I could browse the used gun rack without anyone bothering me. Paid 329 and had 80 dollars in gift cards.

This should be a fun little thumper for indoor and outdoor shooting .

Sorry about bad pics my dslr was in the truck.

Ah, can you put a rear sight on there w/o having to send it to a smith?

The front? It's a dovetail, tap one out and the new one in. Really you could just put the rear sight on and probably use the factory bead if you just wanted to do that. Actually I'd buy this first

Ok makes sense to me the scope base is where the sight should be.

I wish my lever gun was cheaper to shoot :hs:

I have a Williams on my Winchester. It beats the crap out of the stock rear sight.
