"well you cant have guns on the jobsite.."
"well i guess its a good thing its in my truck then and not on the jobsite huh?"

you might want to check with HR first on if they claim the land surrounding (including the parking lot) as company property

Companies are free to dictate their own gun policies. You should probably just park on a public road adjacent to your office/jobsite. And how did he know you had guns in your truck? :mamoru2:

    Hide that shit, man.

That's the #1 reason I can't keep guns in my car -- I don't want them to be in the car in case it's ever stolen (happens WAY too often).

:werd: I'm all in favor of carrying, but leaving a weapon in your vehicle (on a city street) is just retarded. It'd be a different story if you were on a ranch or something... :o

I have one in my desk, only because I share an office with a car dealership that screws people over. I know one day someone is going to come in hot and start shooting people. LOL

I'd also expand this to leaving a $1000 rifle in plain view on a city street is a BAD idea.

:werd: I wouldn't leave shit in my truck, I've had my cars broken into a few times, dont need the fuckers taking my guns. Its also illegal here to leave handguns in your vehicle, long guns are ok though.

Dude, if you choose to keep a gun in your vehicle while you are working keep your mouth shut about it.

You'll either be fired or have it stolen.
