"bulking" is stupid, unhealthy, and a waist of time. He had been body building for 15 years and said that there is no point in putting on fat, to try and make it muscle, then try to cut the fat down. It's bad on your body, and servers no real porpous, you can get big and keep your body fat % low if you balance your diet. Makes sence to me Seem like everyone on here who is skinny is "bulking", and to me it sounds like an exuse to eat total shit food, like doughnuts and fast food. This doesnt affect me cause I'm trying to lose weight but still.
