    is it healthy or will this work. Lets say your at a size that you're fine with...the person cuts (strictly, of course) for 2 weeks and bulks (clean, heavy, all out) for 2 weeks.

    would that get anywhere or what would happen?

    and no, i'm not doing this.

    That is a total of 1 month. People lift and try hard to gain weight for that long, and still don't notice much of a difference. So I would say that doing that would be like digging a hole w/ a spoon.

    the reason behind this thead is because a friend of mine is doing some crazy ass thing with a "cutting week" and a "bulking week"

    i don't know what the shit he's trying to do but i tried telling him. :sad2:
