so I'm driving along in the left lane on the highway when this chick driving the other way hits the median (which is basically a grass hill like 8 ft tall) and as she lands she hits me head on. Long story short, I broke both bones in my lower leg (tib & fib) and my left foot. Other injuries but thats the main stuff. Ridiculous part is that the broken leg I could walk on from day 3 (except it hurt like hell) cuz they put a titanium rod in it, but I can't walk on the foot for another 6 weeks. Needless to say my training has gone to shit, but I try and work in some upper body stuff at home. Anyway it just sucks the big one and I thought I would share. For all of you who are frustrated that you aren't lifting more weight, at least you can lift weight - I can't wait to get back to the gym.
