I was good for ~2 weeks

    Without any pain...after my run today, I'm limping from the pain.

    Fucking shin splints :wtc:

    I thought I was taking care of them good b/c I had absolutely no pain for nearly 2 weeks.

    use an elipse or bicycle for cardio until they heal up for the next month.

    I had to stop playing soccer for that same reason this year. It seems I get them every year playing soccer :dunno:

    could just be your shoes too. dunno but it helped me to get shoes with a higher heal.
