So I was bored and happened to be in my garage and saw my sand blaster. I decided to do something truely horrible. I imagined in my mind a nice silver like the bi-tone autos that you can buy... what came out was definitely not that. At first I absolutely hated it. I have shown it IRL to a few people and everyone else has loved it. Someone told me that I just don't like it because it wasn't what I had envisioned.

What do you all think of my monstrosity?

I'm debating if I should leave it as-is, or send it off for either a black finish (to get it back to stock) or to get a chrome or other silver finish to bring it more in-line with traditional bi-tones.

    My flame suit is on.

    I'm not real gun-hoe on bi-tone guns, I can't say I like this.

Balls. Did it come bi-tone like that?

That has got to be one of the hottest pistols I've seen.

Thanks again. It looked like this when I first bought it.

It was a CCW class range gun at the local range I belong to. The finish was pretty beat up, so I sent it off to Robar and got the frame, barrel, and internals re-finished in their electroless nickel & Teflon NP3 finish, and the slide and various other parts done in their Roguard finish. It is such a smooth shooter, and super ergonomic. It's my favorite out of the pistols that I own.

Not remarkably, and the factory rubber grips bulge out slightly in the middle (the walnuts are slimmer), but it's very comfortable to grip and not at all tough to CCW.

I think they're going for around $500 right now, they just had a price increase. I got a really good deal on mine (used + 15% member discount = $340), but would not hesitate to pay full price for another one.

Should have left the sights black imo. Other than that, I dig the matte finish much more than some mirror chrome finish.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. Sorry, didn't mean to pull the complete hijack ;)

I think I need another 75, don't know if I want the 75B or SP01. My buddy has two Tactical sports decked out to run Limited.

Ive shot both and liked the SP01 more. It is worth the extra coinage.
