Yes. To be honest, I liked the colors of the d50 more, but the 20d is so much better. Plus, the price was right.

have you tried just looking to see how much 20ds are running on ebay? seems like a fair way to gauge price.

the way I see it, its a pretty good deal for a 20d and that lens. If it was the kit lens, I wouldn't be so tempted. I'm going to go to ritz this afternoon and hold a 30d, it is the same size as a 20d right?

I'm seeing the bodies going for about 700, used. With the Kit lens like 750 ish. A lot of these ones on ebay are in these retarded packages where you pay like a grand for the camera plus 3 AWESOME LENSES AWESOME PACKAGE WOW! but the lenses are probably made of sugar glass, just total shit.

Yeah. In my opinion that seems like a good deal. but the camera does look a little dirty..does seem like he takes too good of care of it. that would be my only concern. The price for it is good if it's a good camera. Even if I am more partial to Nikon.

I paid $760 for a 20d and a battery grip with 4,000 shots. So I'd say this is a pretty good deal.

    I absolutely love the 20d :eek5:

not a bad deal. Although for 1000, you can get a brand new 30D with a brandnew 50mm 1.8 lens
