i'm on christophers routine, on wed I do weighted dips and pullups

the routine calls for 4-failure, currently i am doing
    10, 10, 10, 9.5

    up from
    4, 4, 4, 4 :hs:

i feel like i'm getting stuck here, should I add some weight when I do pullups :o
