just exercise. do squats to build butt/thigh mass, and jog to lose the bodyfat that will cover up the true beauty

i've been doing squats and lunges and all that. i see a little change but it seems not to go any further.
i guess i'm trying to see how to properly do the exercises and how many reps i should do, how many days i should work in a week.
How's your diet?
And what are you doing at the moment in terms of squats and lunges? Bodyweight or with added weight? How many reps/sets etc?
No-one can really say, "here is the perfect program" but we might be able to help you find out why what you're doing isn't working.
