My Dad just bought a Big Boy. A little too pretty for me, which isn't overall a bad thing. It has a very nice trigger. Pretty heavy, which makes it nice to shoot. :bigthumb:

    Why would you do that?

You need a night vision scope, laser, aimpoint, Surefire weapons light, and fore grip for it.

The golden boy i won is a great shooter but the sights do suck and its too pretty to put a scope on it.

I'll be heading up to Kittery (I'm sure any of you New England folk are familiar with it) some time over Christmas vacation to get a Marlin 1894 .44 lever action. When I have more money, I'll probably be getting a Smith and Wesson 29 to go with it.

Theres a Cracker Barrel in Tewksbury, one of the only ones in MA, and it's right on the way, so I go there for breakfast. Then, after getting everything I need, I go to Bob's Clam Shack for lunch. 2 of my favorite restaurants + one of my favorite gun stores = a good day. The two things I love most in life are guns and food.

I was starting to think I was the only person into lever action...

thats going to be the next addition to my freshly started arsenal - just not sure which kind yet.
