I wanna get healthy. How much at what pace should I run every night?

  1. I'm 16 and 130 pounds (yeah, pretty skinny). I have a treadmill that I can set my pace at. I get a breather from running a mile at 7 mi/hr :o (outta shape) and a mile at 6 mi/hr is pretty easy. Any suggestions as to a regular workout routine that I can use? Thanks. :bigthumb:

I wouldn't bother running if you're that skinny unless you looove running.

Yeah, I let my fingers get ahead of my posting, or something like that :o

Scrum, do you have access to a gym at all? Or is the treadmill your only option?

    ok... :ugh:

Edit* The guy said he wanted to get healthy not gain more weight. What better way to get healthy, lose body fat, and gain muscle than wrestling? Especially when he's only 16??
