I sold my D90 and all my glass about a year ago and was out of photography for a while. Then I thought to myself..."Hm, I need a camera." So I picked up an S90 as a P&S I could throw in my pocket. Turns out, I more than likely can't live with this. First thing Monday I'm going to get an RMA for this and send it back to BH.

I'm probably going to pick up another D90. I've been out of the photography game for a while, and was wondering if anything comparable came out since then? Or will in the near future? Or if I should wait for a drop in body prices.

    Thanks guys :wavey:

Nah, D90 is still IMO and a lot of people's mind the best bargain for the price...especially in the Nikon lineup. They've dropped to about $750 brand new, which is a steal.

I thought the D90 would have been replaced by now.

I'd really like to go FF but it's too expensive on the Nikon platform :wtc:

So much truth here. The S90 is a great compact camera, but it's no match for even the most entry-level of DSLRs.

You already tempt me with your long white cylindrical objects :naughty:

I think 5D's may still be out of my range. I'm still sad that I sold my 11-16. Are those still hard to get?
