i thnk im done "bodybuilding"....suggest me something.....

    ive decided that i think i wanna be "FASTER" "STRONGER" and want muscle i can use for daily routine.

    im thinking of switching up to "Crossfit" type of workout. but i know nothing about them!

    Im looking for routine and some kind of info that can take me to the right direction.

    Don't you only work out your upper body?

    Start by lifting with your legs, you know the things that provide locomotion?
