today was the first day i was actually able to somewhat see myself from the side with the bar on my back. what i saw was pretty interesting. when i unrack the weight and step back to get in position to squat, i noticed that the bar seems to be sitting where it should but from the point the bar is and above i slouch. not my lower back or anything below the bar, but it seemed like everything above the bar was. i guess it feels like it's supported more by standing like this. is this bad? i'm quite sure it is, but i don't understand how the bar can stay on my back if i straighten out anymore. any advice? the weight wasn't too heavy because yesterday was light squat day, so that's not really an option.
