I think my arms got SMALLER after working biceps

    I swear my arms look smaller (when not flexing) after working biceps on Friday. I did more exercises, and thus more sets, because I wanted to t ry some other exercises out.. I just started working out 2 weeks ago, this was the 2nd time to work biceps. its pretty discouraging to see this.

    is it possible to lose shape or size by overworking one day? or could it be my muscles not repaired properly? and finally could it just be all in my head?

    has this happened to anyone else?

    ok, how about you measure them today and 1 month from now measure them again. Let the measuring tape be the judge, not the mirror

    What type of response do you want? You told us you worked biceps and they got smaller, if that is the case, quit fucking working out and you'll get bigger.

    i kinda know what youre talking about. Its all in your head though.

    I usually start thinking my biceps are small after a workout, but then I realize im comparing them to when my muscles were pumped.

    You'd get much better thread responses if you asked how much people deadlift or rant about something/somebody at the gym.
