I swear my arms look smaller (when not flexing) after working biceps on Friday. I did more exercises, and thus more sets, because I wanted to t ry some other exercises out.. I just started working out 2 weeks ago, this was the 2nd time to work biceps. its pretty discouraging to see this. is it possible to lose shape or size by overworking one day? or could it be my muscles not repaired properly? and finally could it just be all in my head? has this happened to anyone else?
