I think im pretty weak for my size and build.

    around 187 and quite lean

    bench - 225x5
    squat - :sad2: 245x5 atg
    dead - 315x5

    i think im genetically weaker than i should be. or maybe that makes no sense at all:hsugh:

    2 years seriously. started deadlifting seriously in recent months

    Sounds like you need to change up how you train. Maybe start training with some intensity and eating more.

    i train with intensity. i eat extremely clean but average amounts. i dont stuff myself

    For what its worth im about 157 - 160 and hit those numbers. You guys arent that off. I'm bout 12 percent bf

    damn ive been working out since january 6 and have already hit thoes bench numbers will be hitting the squat numbers before the end of may but my dl still sucks i need tyo get some gloves for it. cuz i ripped open my hand in class and blood shot every where.

    that's not bad for 187 @ 6'1"

    I'm 5'11", 178, fairly lean, and would be lucky to 5 rep anything near what you can.

    For reference. I'm 5'10 around 176 right now.

    Bench 275x5
    Squat was 285x5 injury
    Dead 385x5

    Just give it more time and change shit up!

    You could be a little higher after 2 years of lifting, but I wouldn't say you are weak by any means. Maybe try changing your diet and bulking next winter. Like icon and onslaught said, don't be so hard on yourself as long as you are seeing improvements.

    How tall are you? Cause 190 at 20% bf is not alot of muscle at all and your numbers are pretty good
