i think i'm gonna stop gym for homing.

    it's just not the same. it's not as intense. at all.

    not having to wait for stuff & being able to superset is great. but i'm not sure it's worth it.

    I've thought about gyming for home but if 30 for man is 20 I don't think I'd have the intensity I need. I'd be too likely to cut it an exercise short.

    That was my problem. It was too easy to do a "frat boy workout" and go inside to watch TV. At the gym, you feel like everybody is watching you and the intensity is always there (for me anyway).

    I still like having the stuff at home, especially when it's 95 degrees outside and the humidity is just as high. My garage might as well be a sauna. It helps me get through that gallon of water a lot easier

    gym for home is too easy to get distracted by other shit unless you have a badass partner or it's more of a lifestyle than most hardcore guys

    if i had the money and space i'd rather have a gym at home. no wait time, the 24 hour i go to is ALWAYS busy. sucks
