I think I'm going to work out twice a day...

    Weightlifting first. Then my 2nd workout, couple of hours later in the day would be some cardio. I want to lose a little fat. You guys think I'll lose a lot of muscle, to where it's noticeable? Flames, comments, go ahead.

    Nope, that's fine. My one recommendation would be cardio in the morning and lifting later; I find that easier in terms of meal timing, strength peaking, etc.

    But however you feel like fitting it in is fine.

    lifting in the morning sucks, and you :might: burn more fat in the morning from cardio, so i'd do cardio in the morning before breakfast (popping some Y before then would also help make fat more bioavailable for burning) and lifting in the afternoon

    I wake up at noon. :highschool: :cool:

    I usually go weight lifting at around 2. Done about 3:30. I'd be going back at 8-9pm.

    set a second alarm, pop some Y at 10, do cardio at 12, lift at 7-8, done

    Lift heavy and get enough protein. Don't lose weight too fast and I don't believe you'd lose very much muscle.
