The last month or so I've had to real motivation to train.

I'm not near as hardcore about following the sport as I was a few months ago. I don't even really feel like talking about it to people that are fans.

I hope this is just a phase :hs:

Nah dude it happens when you are working going to training can seem like a chore especially if you have a break been there done that. Eventually you stop being lazy and get back into it and it goes back to normal.

I'm gonna check the internet for the results this weekend, I just don't really have the motivation to go out and find a place to watch them.

glad to know I'm not the only one though.

    Didn't help.

I felt like I was breaking through a plateau and I had to stop training.

It sucks that I have to start over again.

it's pretty quick getting back into the swing of things. i kind of burned out because i plateaued and wasn't getting any better. then recently i got super pumped about bjj and started rolling alot...i don't know where that drive went. it got lost somewhere between video games and drunk sex.

Everyone burns out when esp when you have a lot of things going on, its happened to us all. After a nice break you'l get back in the gym and fell better and refreshed.

I have my moments, but a solid PPV brings me back.

Watching St. Pierre maul the mouth from the east, is well worth it.

That's uncalled for. I'm just trying to motivate him. Although if I was clearly afraid to get hit like Optamix demonstrates with his immediate and desperate take down attempts, I would lose interest in MMA too. He might be better off sticking with BJJ tournaments.

For me it comes and goes with the seasons. Girls are finally back to showing some skin around here so I'd rather just be outdoors than in a gym with a bunch of dudes hitting each other.

IMO its best to do what you feel like. If you don't feel like training, don't go cause it will feel like a chore and you'll start to associate training with bad feelings. A few weeks or months down they road you are gonna miss it again.

I think I'm going to sit out the rest of the money and get settled back into Baltimore.

I've been doing some stuff with the car group out here anyway.
