Its like a 2nd puberty. Since I moved and I'm poor and cant afford panda express 6 times a week i've been forced to cook and eat cheap on my own. which means very little fast food, lots chicken breast, vegis and fruits, lots of milk and cottage cheese. At first I lost 10lbs being here and not eating like I did before. Now depending on the scale I'm back up to 253! 3 lbs heavier than when I moved. My deadlift is creeping back up, my bench is returning to normal and my squat is better than its ever been. I feel bigger in the upperback and arms. And I dont look any thicker around the waist. Just goes to show how much a "better" diet can do for you.
