So that'll be in a week or two. I'm thinking of just buying the 100g of CEE from BulkNutrition, but tell me something, is the stuff this guy wrote in the review true?

I'm 5'6", 145lbs. What should my dosage be?

Also, with CEE, is there the whole loading cycle as before?

since you're looking at supplements... find yourself a good source of glutamine. Stuff becomes very helpful when working out & recovering from surgery.

I'll check the prices, i don't want to spend too much.

In either case, this isn't a type of surgery where I won't be able to lets say, squat. I'm getting my nose fixed so I should be back in the gym within a week.

Yes CEE tastes terrible, and 3-6g daily for best results.

any type of surgery where anesthesia & cutting you open is involved puts your body through a bit of trauma.

good luck on the nose job :mamoru:

i kid, i had a nose surgery (to correct a deviated septum, from breaking it) when i was in HS. shit was a pain in the ass to allow heal. :rant2:

that's what i'm having done. deviated septum. i've had it ever since i was 6yr old, so it's time to get it fixed. Too bad that I won't be able to wrestle because of it.

So there's no loading cycle as before?

SO lets say like 2g before and 3 after or something like that?

Loading has always been OPTIONAL, and that's fine.

yeh that's the reason i'm not going to wrestle :/
it's a win-win situation really..i can bulk during the winter and not have to worry about dropping weight

so i think i'm going to order the 100g..should last me a month or so..

i dont have to take the creatine daily, do i?
or like lets say on workout days 5g but on other days...3?

at first i was takin it only on workout days (2-3g before & 2-3g after)... then i heard everyone all :mb: :rant2: why arent you taking it everyday. so i figured what the hell & jumped on the everyday bandwagon & i take ~2g on non-workout days. :wiggle:

    eh?

do you mean that it's "weak" for a year?

the main problem was that they had it bandaged & braced for two weeks. Oh yeah... the worst part... they stuck two long tampon like gauze sticks in my nose & left them there for over a week. Which meant mucus, left-over blood, & whatever else would seep through. "Dab only, no blowing." :rant2: :barf:
