I think I want to end my cut v.pic

    It's been a long time and I am getting sick of it. I want my endurance and energy back. Spring break is in 3 weeks but I don't think any more real progress can be made as i've been crashing way more than I wanted to on my latest diet. Lost close to 15lbs. Any takers on my bf?

    Think I should end it here or pull through with the last 3 weeks and hopefully get rid of the stubborn fat around the midsection/lower abs + pecs?

    It's all up to your preference... if you want to get more shredded then do it. I'd be happy with your bf% myself, i've never seen my abs :hs:. Currently cutting at 174... I think i'll be able to see them at 165

    :lol:That wasn't the reason for my cut in the first place ever. Besides, now I got myself a girlfriend who thinks I already have a tight stomach (what a demotivator:()

    At the top of my bulk I was 162 or so. I don't remember when I began my cut truly, but I think I started December 10th.

    My GlycerGrow is coming in tomorrow or tuesday so I am excited for that. I don't know what to do, I want to drop the fat that is still left but ugh it's getting so tough. 3 Weeks isn't a long time, maybe I'll pull through..

    I my opinion, if you can see your abs thats good enough. I mean you are not going to compete as a bb, and does it really make a difference with girls if you can see your abs or if you are completely shredded? I don't think so. Just my opinion.

    little things here and there. the weekends have been bad. i had way too many M+Ms and marshmallows today and some cookies. yesterday the same. on the weekdays its generally really strict, with maybe a cookie at night on one or two days. :(

    your current bf and look is perfect for offseason an where you would start a real cut for getting real lean. At your muscle level i would say your 10-11%. I would just stay where you at, no need to get leaner...just dont get fatter. Try an maintain that bf and try to grow as well. As you get bigger you will obviously need more food

    honestly, you'll look just fine like that. girls think that any visible seperation in abs = washboard. you're good.

    How would I go about that? I think this bf would be fine for me for spring break, but what are the chances of me putting on more mass in 3 weeks time w/o getting fatteR?

    start bulking again but keep carbs kinda low so you dont get super bloated before break

    your going to put on some water an at no matter how much muscle you gain...but you should be able to maintain 10-12% bf an still grow. I hope you dont think 10-12% to lean and enough to hinder growth? I wuold like to stay 9-10% myself but always end up 12-13

    No I don't think I am lean enough as i'd like, but I don't think in 3 weeks time I can make any significant progress in mass gain..
