It felt like I pulled something in the lower part of D, on both sides, and pretty deep...I'd say it was like right above my penis, but to the sides. It feels better now...has anyone experienced something similar? Second question is more of an observation. During my cut, I went from a 205lb squat and 295lb deadlift, to a 185lb squat and a 275lb deadlift respectively. The thing that confuses me is that my DB flat bench press dropped as low as 70, but today I was able to put up 90's*. I just think that it's weird that I dropped 20lbs off both my squat and deadlift and seemily added that to my bench. I guess I have a third question too...does anyone else have problems getting db's into position on flat bench with weights near their max? Anything over 70lbs, I need help getting the weights up for the first rep. Does it have anything to do with having long arms? *note- I used an even more difficult progression this week than most. Last week I did 5x50, 5x55, 5x65, 5x70, 5x80. This week I did 5x60, 5x65, 5x70, 5x80, 5x90.
