I think I pulled something deadlifting + 1 other question

    It felt like I pulled something in the lower part of D, on both sides, and pretty deep...I'd say it was like right above my penis, but to the sides. It feels better now...has anyone experienced something similar?

    Second question is more of an observation. During my cut, I went from a 205lb squat and 295lb deadlift, to a 185lb squat and a 275lb deadlift respectively. The thing that confuses me is that my DB flat bench press dropped as low as 70, but today I was able to put up 90's*. I just think that it's weird that I dropped 20lbs off both my squat and deadlift and seemily added that to my bench.

    I guess I have a third question too...does anyone else have problems getting db's into position on flat bench with weights near their max? Anything over 70lbs, I need help getting the weights up for the first rep. Does it have anything to do with having long arms?

    *note- I used an even more difficult progression this week than most. Last week I did 5x50, 5x55, 5x65, 5x70, 5x80. This week I did 5x60, 5x65, 5x70, 5x80, 5x90.

    I had something similar to that, but it was from roman chair weighted situps. Possibly the most painful thing I have ever felt, and I couldnt sit up for about 2 weeks. Sounds like yours isnt as bad. Maybe someone with more knowledge than I can help you out with some kind of rehab

    It's on both sides and nothing is sticking out, so I don't think that's it. It doesn't really hurt anymore...just bothered me a bit.

    I've always had weak legs and I didn't start squatting until I had been working out for about 4 months...started cutting pretty soon thereafter. I'm not worried though, once I start clean bulking, my squat will shoot right up again.

    Plus, before my cut I was squatting 205 and only benching 75lb DB's. Maybe you missed that in my original post.

    Not as much as I should...but I've pulled more weight than this before without any problems.
