i can't get even close to enough calories unless most of my diet is in liquid form
i have the worst appetite ever I always have. I've been trying to 'expand my stomach' or increase my appetite in everyway possible for the last couple years and it just wont work.
oh and the beer.. . it was friday night
I can never ever even finish a value meal at any fast food restuarant and I've been eating like this for over 3 months while bulking and I havent gained any body fat. I measured in at 8.8% in early December and 8.8% again in late January and I imagine I'm still around the same but I have gained more than 20lbs since last september. So I'm eating like this cause its the only thing in my 4 or 5 years of working out that seems to work for me.
yea, i eat every 2 hours
your appetite will not get any better unless you hae the motivation to get bigger. you need to be able to eat even though you are still full from the last meal
that guy does an insane amount of volume... I could never do that much in one workout
if you think that's a lot of volume, check out this post from another board
Jesus... his "low volume day" is still 10 more sets than my regular workout
