It's been hurting since last monday, got a little worse on my workout thursday, and on saturday right when i put the weight on my back for squats it screamed before i even started moving. It hurts anytime i move, and it does not feel like the muscle around my spine, it feels like the tail of my spin is hurt... i don't know. Should i just ignore it? go back a few weeks on weight? or take some time off until it stops?
