Last monday I was lifting a 36" tube tv and it slipped out of my hand a little so I dropped down with it to regrip it and I felt a slight pop in my right hand abdomen. It didn't really hurt at all, just felt kind of weird. Went to squat tuesday morning and felt "pressure" in the same spot while warming up with a light load. I canceled the workout and decided to take a week off and see if the discomfort is still there. Felt the same pressure this morning with the bar. The only time I notice it is when lifting and sitting directly straight up once in a while. It almost feels like a seat belt is digging into my stomach on the right hand side. It doesnt hurt If I push on the spot with my fingers. I always figured hernias hurt like a bitch so I'm still kind of doubting I have one. I can't find any info on the net what the pain feels like. I hate hospitals so I keep putting off getting it checked out.
