just from sitting down in my car on a warm day today, I got up and my entire back was literally soaked. This is a totally regular occurrence in my daily life, especially since I started working out. Two of my classes are in a room that has no ventilation and it gets stuffy, but I sweat like crazy there too, but I don't see anybody else looking sweaty or even too hot. Are there any factors that increase the amount we sweat? Is it because I eat so much or have too much sodium in my diet? Not enough water? Too much water? Thanks in advance for any advice.
