    something has to go and fuck it up :mad: broke my toe last night :wtc: last time it was some weird, long lasting muscular injury, before that my back. :hs:

    I do lift weights with my toe :dunno:

    actually, its just that my toe is swollen now, and the last time I broke a toe and tried to wear shoes it took longer to heal. I still wouldnt feel safe doing squats either way, though. I'll probably go try to hit up the gym on friday for stuff...though I'm more pissed about not being able to run, which I was finally being able to do :hs: I need to lose some more fat and I cant cut down on my calories any further :o

    i feel ya...

    work sends me out of town almost once a month for a week at a time, which means:
    -poorly equipped hotel gyms
    -bad diet (and if i do manage to eat properly, its bloody expensive)

    also, i just bruised my knee & cant run, i hate teh limp :mad:

    i ran a couple treadmill miles on monday & tomorrow i'll be doing squats regardless of how i feel... why? because im animal, can you handle it?

    hey I broke my left little toe in BJJ a few weeks ago but I still be cruisin with it :dunno:

    I've dropped plates on my toes the past 2 nights, well they hit the floor and then fell over onto my foot :mad:

    I was going to get back into lifting this week after feeling fine in the gym monday, but upon further review and advice from a bunch of you guys I decided it would be better not to if there was a problem. Urologist here I come! :hs:

    Dude this is the story of my life

    First time I did 3 plates...spotter drops 250 on my chest a week later..2 broken ribs.

    Work my way back up. doing 335 max.....some assclown runs into me with a 4 wheeler when I am riding my dirt bike(he was going wron way around track)

    Last time I was the strongest I have ever been 335x3.....I get some strange stomach consition & have to stop lifting for an entire year...

    I am in shitty shape now, but hitting the gym again....


    Bottom line......No bitching. Just get your ass back in the gym asap!

    getting all nice and big and then I have to do a shitload of wedding planning for a destination wedding, and now I'm trying to move apartments, have to be out by monday, and trying to expedite the application at another apartment so I am not homeless. I've still worked out regularly by running, but not as much as I should be, and I havn't lifted in two weeks. this summer which I thought was going to be a great time to get big has only resulted in me losing muscle mass and gaining a gut.

    if guys in wheels chairs can make it to the gym then why not you?
    i broke my left clavicle from a motorcycle accident and i still manage to lift weights.
    but i was benching what a girl would bench. :embd:

    actually it happened when i was chasing a hooker in the hotel room hallways... all of a sudden, socks + wood floors... BAM! ouch :wtc:
