I still kill the old way v. finally got a decent pull with a free gift

    Im finally back to a decent level of strenght.

    Deadlifts all raw.
    135x10
    225x8
    315x5
    365x1
    405x1
    435x1
    465x1
    505x1 It was slow at the thighs but it was clean. Held it for a good 5 second
    405x8 (I could have got 10 if i had a belt)

    GMs
    135x10
    155x10
    185x10
    205x10

    some legs stuff

    This alternating deadlifts and squats every other week seems to be working for the time being.
