What are some good meals that will keep me full and not hungry all day

Complex Carbohydrates: (Fibrous)
Peppers, green or red
Tomatoes, pasta sauce, salsa
Natural Simple Carbohydrates (Fruit)
Complex Carbohydrates (Starchy)
Oatmeal, Cream of Rice, Cream of Wheat, Cream of Rye, oat bran, barley, multi-grain
Potatoes (white, red)
Yams, sweet potatoes, carrots
Beans, lentils, legumes
100% whole grain dry cereals
100% whole wheat or whole grain pasta
100% whole wheat bread & whole grain products
Chicken breast, Turkey breast
Fish (Flounder, Haddock, Salmon, Orange Roughy, Cod, Tuna etc.)
Shellfish (Lobster, shrimp, Clams, etc.)
Lean Red Meat (Flank Steak, Round Steak, extra lean sirloin)
Eggs/Egg whites (One yolk for every six whites)

Eating a lot of vegetables and soup is a good way to stave off hunger. Some lady who's been studying hunger and obesity for 20 years found that most of us eat the same volume of food every day. So it helps to be eating high volume foods that don't contain a lot of calories.
I wanna try out something, much like a grilled cheese but using broiled eggplant instead of bread. It should make a nice low-carb low cal sammich replacement. I might add some lunch meat to it too.

It's harder for me to bulk than cut...
3rd week of cutting.... Consistently under 1.8k calories a day. I know. Two more weeks. So far I've lost 3-4 inches on my waist. Bateman style picks will be posted Feb 2nd or Feb 9th.

4 cups of oats will fill you up for half a day
Yeah, because a girl wanting to lose fat should eat over 200g of carbs in half a day
4 cups prepared = 116g of carbs. You can burn that lying in bed all day.

I go by the ingredients label which lists them dry. And you suck at dieting advice.
