I sleep ~12-14 hours a day

    Its really frusterating. I can easily sleep 12-14 hours per night. I have very vivid dreams, and very little self control when Im half asleep. :mad:

    Help?

    I always get groggy and tired the whole day if I sleep more than 8.

    who naps during the day, i feel like shit if i do :o

    even if im tired, i wait until 10 or so

    I have a nap almost everyday. Between 12 and 4 ideally. Anywhere from 30 min to hour and a half...

    If I don't have a nap for even 2 days in a row, it really catches up to me.

    There's a lot of stuff that could be going on. Sleep problems, metabolic disorders, depression and so on. You should see a doctor and get a sleep test.

    It's impossible for me to nap during the day. I've tried so many times and I just lay there.

    Once I'm up in the morning then I'm up until I go to bed at night.

    Shit sucks.

    if i take a nap during the day i wake up feeling like 100% utter shit. all sweaty and everything no matter what and i also cant sleep that night.

    i have a friend who just takes power naps throughout the day/night.. doesn't sleep for more than an hour at a time.
    just short, frequent naps.

    pretty crazy.

    during the summer I took a 20-60 minute nap five days a week after work.. It really helped me recover and feel better in the gym, and unless I slept too long I never felt groggy or gross afterward.

    1 hour naps kept me from getting zoned out at work, 12 hour workday and a workout takes a toll on your body...
