I started working out beginning of last summer. At 6'1" I started at 155 pounds and towards the end of summer I was at 178. During that time I worked out 4 times a week and I would drink a serving of protein shake everytime I work out.

School started and things started to get a little busy, I was lucky to be able to go into the gym 2 times a week and there was a stretch of 2 months where I didn't lift a single weight.

Towards the end of this school semister I was at 170. Now about just over a month of consistently going to the gym 3 times a week and drink the shake I've gained my strength back, I am now lifting a little more than what I was doing last summer but I've actually lost weight down to 168.

What can I do to break through this "wall"?

As a college student I don't eat specifically healthy so if someone suggests a more health diet it has to be somewhat relatively cheap.

you're probably not getting enough calories. adjust your diet so you take in more calories. right now I'm guessing your body is burning a lot from working out/maintaining the mass you're regaining
