i screwed up my arms again...what can I do aside from curls?

    I'm doing thidideau's OVT regimen. He has me doing bb curls w/alternating db curls...then preachers w/hammer curls.

    The hammer curls do not hurt my forarms, but the regular curls make my arms hurt when I release my grip on the bar. Is there something I need to modify with form, or can I substitute another set of exercises?

    Thanks for the help. What can I do to strengthen whatever I need to, to remedy this problem?

    ..because they will still hurt, or I can change exercises with the same results?

    can you recommend two to stick in the group for arm exercises, since you're omniscient...if you implied the latter of the two ideas.

    im just curious because i heard you had a cuff injury before but from lifting

    i dont even know what its supposed to feel like, but i can pretty much "pop" out/in my left shoulder when I twist it at a specific angle

    I thought I had an anterior delt problem, it even looked that way on x-rays, but my doctor treated my pectoral minor and I felt better. ART > *

    if I make another thread, will you guys post your shoulder crap in there, rather than in the discussion about arm exercises with OVT?

    does yours hurt like fuck when you do it?

    because it doesnt hurt at all until I actually do this..

    I'm thinking about weighted chins and cable curls...any thoughts?

    is there any sense in doing zottman curls, and the reverse as a replacement? I think that will work multiple muscle groups in the upper arm...right?
