I feel like I screw up everything. I don't feel like I can do anything right. Every job I have had seems to not work out. I have been to two graduate school programs, as well as had about three different jobs, in the past three years. I am soon going to start another job, but I don't want anything to go wrong with this one either.

That's exactly the point- I don't deal well with it.

That's not the right attitude to have. Half the part of succeeding is knowing that you CAN succeed in your mind. Think about the following things:

    1. Where have you been? What have you done with your life?
    2. Where are you now? What are you doing right now with your life?
    3. Where are you going? Are you on the right track or do you need to derail for a bit?
    4. Where do you want to go? What do you WANT to do with your life?
    5. How are you going to get there? How can you accomplish this goal?

Answer these questions. Set your mind to it, and know that somehow and someway, you will accomplish what you have set yourself out to do. Just be confident in yourself and know that there's always the possibility to succeed. I know that this outlook is hard when you are a pessimist, but I've found it very helpful in my worst times.
